With 14 years of business experience, Tara’s tenacity and passion for technology can be traced back to the age of 9 when she built her first software program. At age 21, she created The Kelly Centre of Wellness, which included a retail health food store and professional alternative health services. In 2001 she sold it for a profit and started Simply Health Systems that became the seed company for launching SPLICE Software Incorporated in 2006.

As a mother of two, Tara understands firsthand the joys and pressures of juggling family and career.
